I love everything about this place! If they mess up they will fix, no questions asked. I always leave here feeling like I ate clean and healthy! I can eat a lot of different places that are cheaper but you get what you pay for and I always feel good about what I paid for at panera bread.

I love Panera so of course, my family and I came here to eat out. We live in Illinois and the one by us is delicious. But here... The smoothie did not taste as good as it does by me - tasted like they put a lot of syrupy stuff in it and the grilled cheese weren't even cooked all the way at all. Will not be going back to this Panera.

6:30 on a Wednesday and they are out of Tomato Basil bread. She offered a few substitutions so I picked the sourdough. 5 minutes later she came to our table and told me they are also out of sourdough bread. Guess I'll have an expensive plain white bread sandwich tonight.

I always get the same thing when I go into a Panera Bread, a plain bagel and a drink. I do this because I don't really see their menu as being a good value. Overall, pretty pricey for what you get. I'm getting my car worked on next door, so I dropped in to this location for my standard order. I had grabbed my plate and was headed for a table when I happened to look down and lo and behold, what do I see, a skinny little "O" where my big fat bagel is supposed to be! I had some serious Sesame Street flashbacks and wondered if this visit was brought to me by the letter O, and the sound of money leaving my pocket. Now, to be fair, when I went back up to say something, they were very quick to grab me an additional bagel, and between the two of them, I had approximately a bagels worth of carbs on my plate. So that was nice. The real issue here, is, how do you let this product out of the kitchen let alone in to the hands of your customers? The staff let me know that they had "baker problems" and sometimes they come out really fat and good, and sometimes not. :/ My suggestion, as an industrial professional, is to really work on your product quality and consistency, and don't pass your issues on to your customers. It is far, far easier to take care of your issues than to have to make up for them after the fact...

Love the bread here. But make sure you come early. Best selections are early and fresh in the morning. If you like a spin on a grilled cheese, try the Fontana Grilled Cheese. If you do a "take two" you can get a cup of soup with it. Makes for a good quick lunch. If you are looking to get full or large quantity this is not the place for you. The selections are good and proportioned but nothing you will walk out of undoing your belt. Great place to meet with friends and have a business lunch. WIFI is available and relatively fast so feel free to bring your laptop.

No different really, food wise, than your average Panera, food wise (except they were out of quite a lot), but their staff was easily the most unfriendly staff we have ever encountered. The girl taking orders was flat out rude and if this had been our local Panera, I certainly would have asked for a manager. One thing I've appreciated about Panera is their generosity. It doesn't matter that this location delivers your food and buses your table- when the staff is rude and acts like they can't be bothered to take your order.

I go here for lunch often, sometimes up to three times a week! I love this Panera Location. Their food is always great, but the service is fantastic. The employees are great and helpful. There often is a line, but it moves quickly and you get your food relatively fast.

Last year, a busser at this place dumped trash in my plate when I got up to get a drink of water. Today, when I just stopped to get a coffee, none of the registers were staffed. After waiting for several minutes with other customers in line, some of whom were smart enough to leave, when I was waited on, there was no coffee in the pot. Unbelievable.

The employees are all standing around talking to each other and giggling behind the food prep area, 4 workers and no one at the register, made eye contact with them, they kept chatting. Not bad service...there was NO service

I normally chose the you pick two for my food selection, and the smoothies and baked goods are delicious! The only bad thing I can say is that there has been multiple times where I have gone to buy soup in a bread bowl and they are out of bread bowls by 4 or 5pm, sort of a bummer but it happens.

Great for soups. Love panera as a whole. The service is ok, that's why I gave it 4 stars. My order was sitting on the counter just lingering while the to go orders where being passed over it. Skin cells people, that's not hygienic especially when tell a customer that you'll bring their order right over. Outside of that, the soups are good and the prices are great! I love the flat bread sandwiches and breakfast soufflés

We stopped here today on a road trip along 94! They were pretty quick, and the food was tasty. They have the menu items available at all the chains, and made sure we knew that the free pastry we were eligible for because of our Panera card was going to expire in 48 hours. Nothing outrageously outstanding to set this Panera apart from any other (although their apples seemed to be better than the chronically-mealy ones you tend to get at Panera locations), but it's in a convenient place, the food was tasty, and the service was friendly!

It is a Panera but this one was really busy when I stopped in (of course it was lunch time!). Took a while for someone to wait on me at the counter when it was my turn and the tables were a bit messy. The food I ordered came just as I had ordered it and was good.

Stopped in Saturday at 2:30PM. Walked right up and placed order so they were not busy. Then sat and waited 15 minutes for a bowl of soup. It was lukewarm at best. Not a good experience at all.

Every time I go I try to get the Mac and cheese. Most times they are out. This is crazy to me. People love your Mac. You should never run out.....Also they sell out of french miche bread around 1. If a product sells well shouldnt you carry higher volume?

Ordered a Greek Salad and soup to go. Got home and found I had soup and a box of plain lettuce. Called the store and was told they could not just take my name and fix on my next visit; I would have to go back and bring the salad in for replacement. Failing that they would mail me a coupon good for the following month. I drove back and got a refund for the salad. Manager said it was corporate policy, I told him that it was poor customer service. I guess they do not realize that Battle Creek has more than one place to get salad and soup. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Better yet, order elsewhere.

This was such a treat. I'm from out of town and our closest Panera is 5hours from us, so we go to one every chance we get. There is ample parking, but most of the parking is in the rear of the restaurant, and you have to walk to the front. There are a few places to eat outside. There is tons of options to choose from. They have salads if you need to eat gluten free. I had the Pick 2 meal. I enjoyed the mac and cheese and the BBQ Chicken Flatbread. The new flatbread sandwiches are awesome. And their mac and cheese is always delicious. The meals here are on the pricey side for lunch, but you are paying for the high quality of the food and baked goods. I love how the staff brings your food right to your table. They have these really state of the art pagers that show where you are sitting in the restaurant. That is a genius touch. Love this place so much.

What a disappointment. Panera, I hope you're reading this - I tried calling the restaurant before deciding to review on Yelp but no one was picking up. They were all out of my first order attempt (shrimp soba). They were out of three different kinds of bread for my second attempt (Mediterranean sandwhich). They were out of the soup I wanted. At this point the cashier told me "it's not my fault, I just work here". Oy. I finally decided to get the black bean soup. Soup arrives and it's only full 2/3rds. I attempt to call the store (I had gotten this to-go) but no one would pick up...
